签证延长通知
Notice of Visa Extension
签证在2019年8月31日前到期的同学请注意：
To all the students whose visa will expire before August 31st,2019,
如果你是中国政府奖学金学生，并已顺利通过本年度的奖学金评审，5月27日起，可以到留学生办公室办理签证延长手续。办理签证延长手续时需携带本人护照原件及临时住宿登记表（临时住宿登记表在12号楼前台开具）
If you are a CSC student and has passed through the Scholarship Evaluation,
You can come to the international office to do the visa extension procedure.
You need bring your passport and the Temporary Accommodation Registration
Form(you can get it from the front desk of building 12) when you come to do
the visa extension.
如果你是自费生，请在8月26日—28日到留学生办公室办理签证延长手续。办理手续前请先缴清所有应缴的费用。如果有欠费情况，不能办理签证延长手续。如果想提前延长签证，即日起缴纳完下学年/学期学费、住宿费及保险费，可以在本学期办理。办理签证延长手续时需携带本人护照原件及临时住宿登记表（住在学校的学生在12号楼前台开具临时住宿登记表；住在校外的学生需在居住地派出所开具临时住宿登记表）
If you are a self-financed student, please come to do your visa extension procedure from August 26th to August 28th ,2019. Your visa will not be extended in case of any arrears. If you want to extend your visa earlier, you need pay off all the fees (including tuition fee, accommodation fee, insurance fee) for next study year or next semester, after that, you can do the visa extension procedure in this semester.

Form(students who live in our campus can apply from the front desk of building 12; students who live outside can apply from the police station where you live) when you come to do the visa extension.
