2026 Summer Vacation and Fall Semester Arrangements

According to the academic calendar of Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB), the International Students will observe the summer vacation from July 13 to August 26, 2026.

1. Registration Dates for Fall Semester 2026

Degree Students

August 27–28, 2026 (9:00–11:30 AM; 1:30–3:30 PM)

Chinese Language Students & Preparatory Students

August 27, 2026 (9:00–11:30 AM; 1:30–3:30 PM)

Language Proficiency Test

August 28, 2026 (9:00–11:30 AM)

2. Commencement of Classes

Undergraduate Students

All undergraduate students enrolled in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 will begin classes on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Postgraduate Students

All postgraduates enrolled in 2025 (Chinese-taught and English-taught programs): Monday, August 31, 2026.

Postgraduates enrolled in 2026 (English-taught programs): Monday, August 31, 2026.

Postgraduates enrolled in 2026 (Chinese-taught programs): Monday, September 7, 2026.

Chinese Language & Preparatory Students

Classes begin on Monday, August 31, 2026.

3. Registration Venue

Room B302, 4th Floor, Building 12, Hongmiao Campus, Capital University of Economics and Business

4. Important Notes

The Office of International Student Admissions and Administration will conduct registration strictly in accordance with the Measures for the Management of International Student Enrollment Status at CUEB. Please note the following requirements:

4.1 Fee Payment

Degree-seeking and non-degree students must pay the international student insurance fee on the day of registration and submit the payment receipt online to complete the process. Tuition and accommodation fees must be settled by September 8, 2026. Failure to pay tuition and accommodation fees within the stipulated time will result in withdrawal from the university and termination of student status.

4.2 Late Registration

Students must register strictly according to the schedule. Late registration exceeding 15 days will not be processed. Failure to register will be regarded as voluntary withdrawal from the university.

4.3 Status Changes

Students applying for suspension, withdrawal, or transfer must submit a formal application within two weeks of registration (Using the official forms from the School; Email or WeChat notifications will not be accepted). Late applications will not be processed.
