In order to broaden students’horizon, deepening their understanding and fostering their interest on traditional Chinese culture,  School of International Education organize a cultural practice trip to Liao Ning Province from September 29^th to October 2nd.71 Participants , which are CSC Scholarship students and Confucius Institute Scholarship students.,take part in the activity.

The tour bus depart on 6:30am on September 29^th.After 6 hour journey, students arrive Xing Cheng city and begin their first visit-Xing Cheng Ancient City. Students are deeply attracted by the Ming Style architecture and the lifestyle in Ming Dynasty.

Next morning, students visit the Pen-Holder Mountain and enjoy the fresh air in the mountain. Then in the afternoon, they spend an unforgettable time in Red Beach Scenic Spot, where the plants are all turned red in autumn. Many students take photos to capture the wonderful moment.  

On the third day,students are invited to participate the activity which is called “Chasing the Sea”. All of them play happily in the sand sea with small buckets and spades. Many of them catch small crabs, conches,shells,etc.Hu Lu Villa, the tradition cultural village, is the place where students visit in the afternoon. Vishnevskiy Alexander, the Ph.D student from Russia, luckily experience the tradition Chinese wedding during the performance.

Through the cultural trip, students gain more knowledge and better understanding on chinese culture, especiall the culture of northeastern part of China. Many of them express their deepest love for this trip and look forward to participating more activities organized by CUEB.
